A Daddy Wager #WipItUp Wednesday

We’re so happy to be apart of the WIP It Up Blog Hop again this week. Over at the WIP It Up Wednesday Blog, myself and the other authors get to share with you bits and pieces of their works in progress. Small but yummy glimpses into the future of your kindle! We can’t wait to see what everyone has been writing as I know I’ve been busy writing. Don’t forget we’re celebrating the Holidays with a little giveaway.

Moving Her Heart

Baylor Parish, is trying to start a life of her own. Free from whiney husbands, overbearing family and oppressive conditions. Following her divorce she moves as far away from Los Angeles as she can. Although she moves to get away from anyone and anything she finds herself meeting up with Hayden Paterson almost immediately. She finds herself living next door to Hayden and his three roommates who instantly begin making her feel welcome and coming to her aide, much more than she likes. This story of course has spankings galore but also has elements of age play.

“I only share my girl with my brother. The other two have their own special place in the lifestyle.   Terry fulfills the role of a doting uncle, while Matt is like having a big brother. Hayden and I are, simply said, daddies.”

“Why are you telling me all this? Aren’t you afraid I’m going to think you are some sort of a pervert or a freak? I am sure you already guessed my opinion of you is not the best right now.”

“I am stepping out on a limb here because I trust my instincts. You have a basic, human need to be taken care of and nurtured, Baylor. From what you shared, it is something that you have never experienced from any type of parental figure and your heart is crying out to be loved and guided, especially in this time of stress. You can protest it, but I can tell that your little soul is begging for a daddy to rock you in his arms and kiss away all your troubles. No, don’t cry,” Jake said softly, stroking her hand. “This is a good thing, honey.”

“H,how dare you make such an assumption.” Baylor’s lower lips quivered as she tightly crossed her arms to her chest and rocked herself. “I have no such need. I never have and I never will.” Her words were forced. Everything he said was correct, but there was no way in hell that she would admit that to him! He was already too arrogant for words as it was.

“We can be there for you when you need that. No strings. I’m not wrong in this. I never am,” Jake said calmly with a strong sense of sweetness which threw Baylor off-balance. It was hard not to like him as he rested his warm hand on her shoulder and stroked her collar bone with only his thumb.

She grunted, turning her face from him. “There is a first time for everything, Jake Paterson.”

“Would you care to put down a wager on that?” Jake asked slyly.

“A wager on what? That you are wrong and that I don’t require anything that you suggested?”

“I’m not wrong.”

“Nor are you going to have the chance to find out otherwise.”

“I will bet you a trip to Chuck E . Cheese that you will be coming to either Hayden or me within one week for daddy-care.”

“You are insane,” Baylor wiped her face with the back of her hand. She stood up and put some distance between her and the handsome, half-naked man. “I have to get going. I have a ton of things to do and another truck to pack.”

“I told you that we will be out at your place in the morning, Sweetheart,” Hayden said. “We will get you all packed, cleaned up and back home to unload and have the BBQ before you know it.”

“I need to get out of here. You guys are already freaking me out enough as it is. You can’t hold me against my will any longer. That means you, Officer,” she growled, narrowing her eyes at Jake. “Thank you for the hospitality and for breaking into my house to get my keys.”

“Let me help you with that,” a man with a soft English accent said from behind her. Baylor turned to watch him place a cooler filled with ice-cold water bottles on the ground, wipe his hands off on his jeans, and extend it to her to shake

“Hayden Paterson, ma’am. Welcome to our little neighborhood.”

“Baylor Parish. Oh, thank you,” Baylor looked at the tall man with surprise as he handed her a bottle of water and proceeded to pull the large box from the truck bed. Baylor forced a smile. The last thing she wanted was a nosey neighbor; it did not matter how cute he was! She had sworn off men for good this time. “You don’t need to do that. I’m fine.”

“Pleasure is mine, Miss Baylor. Drink up. It’s still too hot in the day to be doing this kind of work. Why don’t you take a break and wait a couple of hours for that sun to disappear?” Hayden asked, glancing around.

“No time. Gotta turn the damn truck back in and then go back for the rest. I hate moving.”

“Don’t you have anyone helping you?” the man asked with a frown.

“Nope, just me.” Baylor sighed, watching as he easily lifted a heavy box out of the truck and placed it neatly on top of another.

“That is gonna change right now,” Hayden said with a grin. “Lemme get out of my jeans and I’ll be right back.”

“No, that’s okay. I can…”

He was gone. Damn! Baylor slapped the hot metal of the cargo bay wall. Why can’t I just live in peace without people interfering? Her eyes widened as Hayden returned, dressed in shorts and a tank top. She chugged her water in an attempt to study him without being obvious. Nicely tanned and clearly either a workout fiend or genetically blessed, Hayden had a smile that oozed with boyish charm that melted Baylor’s heart quicker that the sweltering heat. She had to admit that it was nice having some eye candy for once instead of the beer-bellied, lecherous old busybodies from her old neighborhood.

He chatted casually as he resumed unloading the truck into the garage, his arm muscles bulging as he lifted the contents and stacked them neatly against the wall. “You really shouldn’t be doing this kind of work on your own. It’s too heavy and you can hurt yourself. Don’t you have any friends to call on?”

Baylor bit her lip, catching the subtle question. “I just got divorced and people become scarce when they feel they have to choose between the couple. Or the family. No biggy.”

“I hate when that happens. It leaves a person feeling quite isolated.”

“After being involved with my ex’s family, I like being isolated,” Baylor commented. “You really don’t have to be doing this.”

“Of course, I do! My job is to rescue damsels in distress,” Hayden chuckled.

“Are you a fire-man or something?”

“Close. I work with the Barstow Desert Team SAR unit. I got transferred out here about a year ago from northern Washington.”

“SAR?”

“Search and Rescue. We’re a specialty division that employs all environment survival experts. We specialize in saving people from themselves,” he said with a chuckle.

Papa #WIPitUp Wednesday

We’re so happy to be apart of the WIP It Up Blog Hop again this week. Over at the WIP It Up Wednesday Blog, myself and the other authors get to share with you bits and pieces of their works in progress. Small but yummy glimpses into the future of your kindle and and all right on time before the cooking commences! We can’t wait to see what everyone has been writing as I know I’ve been busy writing, writing and writing.

Little Lady Jane

Little Lady Jane is a unique tale of love, pain, discipline, and trust that extends across the globe. From the hard, gray lines of Victorian England to the colorful magic and mystery of India, this story unfolds with the opening of the ancient Indian book of sex – the Kama Sutra

Jane Foster, the ward and fiancee of Marquis Philip de Courtier, never knew how the forbidden book stolen from Philip’s library would change both of their lives. For hours, she would sit on the garden swing and secretly study the pictures illustrating the ancient text. She longed to be like the beautiful, sensual women who twisted their bodies into works of art; anything other than Philip’s Little girl who needed guidance, rules, and discipline demanded by high society.

It was easy for Jane to call him ‘Papa’. She had teasingly done so for years; but as an adult, she discovered that the term came with a price- bare bottom spankings for breaking his rules. And Jane made certain to break plenty! Her rebellion grew every time he left her alone in the cold, dark manor. Rebellion that turned to resentment.

But, neither knew that the words in the Kama Sutra had taken root in their hearts- Philip through the teachings of his friend, the Raja; and Jane, through the stolen moments with her book. When he returned from latest trip to India, Jane found the confidence to express her needs. The cries of her heart were heard and, on that fateful night, Philip’s Little Janie was (temporarily) transformed into his Lady Jane.

But Jane had a secret. One she was afraid would repel Philip and make him change his mind about making her his wife. She found new friends within the Palace walls of the Raja and his family, and they helped her accept her secret with pride. She learned quickly that as much as Little Janie was loved by ‘Papa’, Lady Jane was the center of his heart and the desire of his body. She also discovered that as painful as his loving discipline was, the sexual satisfaction was even greater. Like the positions on the Kama Sutra, nothing was left for the imagination.

“Philip, I am eighteen years old, remember? I am not a child.”

Philip placed both hands on either side of her face. “To part of me, you will always be a child. I dearly loved that time in our lives. I have missed what we shared back then.”

“I do too,” Jane lowered her eyes.

Philip pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead. “I want to try something. For us. Do you trust me?”

“Foolishly, I do.”

“Thank you. I will be bold because I know no other way of saying this. I wish you to continue to call me ‘Papa’ when we are in private. Would that be difficult for you?”

“No. I have been calling you ‘Papa’ since I was twelve,” Jane shrugged.

“Good. I also do not want to see any more of this unless a social situation demands it.” He gestured to her gown. “I would like you to dress so that you can run and ride horses as you did years ago. I don’t just want to teach you,” he said, resting his hands on her shoulders and gently rubbing her jawline with his thumbs. “I want to nurture your innocence and perhaps give you back some time that my fear and pride stole from your life. I want to return some of your childhood to you, if I can. I also want to rediscover the man apart from the marquis.”

Little Lady Jane #WIPitUp Wednesday

We’re so happy to be apart of the WIP It Up Blog Hop again this week. Over at the WIP It Up Wednesday Blog, myself and the other authors get to share with you bits and pieces of their works in progress. Small but yummy glimpses into the future of your kindle! We can’t wait to see what everyone has been writing as I know I’ve been busy writing, writing and writing. I’m so excited to give you the first peak at Little Lady Jane. She is on it’s way to the editor soon so we don’t have an official blurb to share but I can tell you it is set in the Victorian era, expresses some exotic tastes, it has elements of ageplay, of course spankings and was a load of fun to research and write!

Little Lady Jane

Jane rushed down the street with her cloak clutched tightly around her shivering body, pausing only to peak around a corner to ensure that one of Philip’s hounds were not sniffing at her heels. She shuddered, knowing that he would be livid if he discovered the defiance of his ward- and future wife. To say she would receive the spanking of her life would be an understatement of what he would do should he find out that she was sneaking off to the forbidden hot mineral baths of Epsom. It was bad enough that he treated her as though she were a willful youth and forced her address him as Papa now, but to keep her hidden from other eyes was despicable!

She had left the old, white swing swaying in the rain as she slipped passed it this evening. The swing that still, even after all these years, had brought peace to her heart. He had built it for her, many years ago when she was just a little girl. How things had changed since those times! Back then, she felt cherished and wanted, and on the days that he would stick sprigs of jasmine in her long, red hair, she would even feel pretty. Not so much, now- not in any accord.

Sadly, it was the bathhouse that she turned to for comfort these days. It was a place that her unusual beauty and blossoming womanhood was admired and openly accepted. She desperately wished it had been Philip who took positive notice of the changes in her appearance. Instead, he scowled at them and continued to treat her as a child to be pacified with little gifts and sweets. And, like a child, he expected her to be mindfully obedient and respectful of both his rules, and his title of Marquis.

She trusted that if Philip discovered her secret rendezvous, he would be furious. In her heart, Jane knew that his protests were based on something more than conservative animosity against the intimacy of the bathhouse. The blunt comment that he trusted no man to look upon her without being concerned for her virtue and her safety, and the rule forbidding her to leave the manor without his permission, spoke volumes. It was apparent that he was jealous. But why?

Jane simmered as she considered Philip’s behavior towards her. He was a man of the world- handsome, wealthy and exceedingly intolerable. The Marquis de Courtier ‘dabbled’ in exotic trade and traveled to discover new and unique art, spices, and ‘personal’ skills to introduce into the British high society. He had never shown romantic interest in her- not even when she changed from a clumsy and spindly legged little girl to a shapely, full breasted young woman of exceptional, and unique, beauty.

When he was home, he had her dress in childish frocks, kept her hair in pigtails, and had her address him as ‘papa’; however, her budding maturity could not be diminished. It was not as though she hated being his little girl; in fact, that was when she enjoyed the time spent with him the most. Those moments were carefree and filled with laughter and genuine affection. No, she hated that he refused to recognize and acknowledge her as a grown woman who needed as much, if not more, attention than the rambunctious child of the past.

How did her life come to this moment? She pondered as she ran through the icy rain towards the forbidden destination. Philip had departed on his most recent trip to India six weeks ago and Jane, angry and hurt by the events that led to up to his leaving, snatched the opportunity to defy every instruction left to her. She refused to eat her vegetables, stayed up well past the bedtime designated for her, snuck into the woods for hours at a time to read books ransacked from Philip’s personal library. She had even stolen a book that she found hidden behind a shelf, one filled with racy pictures and written in Sanskrit. No doubt existed that the staff would tattle on her but, in the meantime, she was free! Free of rules, free of consequences, and free of him!
