Damn you, Breanna Hayse! Admittedly, it was my own poor choice to begin reading this book at 2am. I arrived home from work quite pleased with myself for finishing so early, and having the opportunity to get some extra sleep. I’d intended to read no more than a chapter (or 2) … but… suddenly… it was 4:30!!!
Great story! Thought it might be a little to dark for my taste – but, I should have had faith that your style would temper Faulkner’s to perfection! Glad to find at least one feisty heroine in the mix. Looking forward to the next one.
