Notice of Update to Privacy Policy

We’re updating our Privacy Policy to support our reading and writing communities and to reflect changes we have made to our blog/newsletter. Our goal is to make sure we provide the best content for our users and ensure that we continue to be transparent about our practices. These updates also address the new requirements under the European Union (EU) data protection law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018.

Below are just a few important points addressed in this update:
Your privacy and data

We wanted to make it extra clear that we do not, at any time, share or sell your data to third parties. While your preferences may be gathered to help personalize your experience on our site (i.e. information to supply winning prizes), we do not share that information with outside parties. What you elect to share with third parties is between you and them. You are always free to unsubscribe at any time.
Keeping BHR a safe place for all

We reserve the right to take down any content that violates our personal rules of content and privacy. We strictly prohibit cyberbullying/support of recognized cyberbully sites as evidenced via screenshot, smut one-shots, content that portrays extreme or illegal sexual acts, as well as any content that we consider to be illegal, harmful, plagiarized, or promoting of violence.

All subscribers to this site are opt-ins through a secured third-party manager. Personal information regarding subscribers is limited to contact information provided by the subscriber (i.e. email address). Access to personal/location, etc (i.e. IP) are not available to this site nor do we partake in any financial exchange for goods or services.

We encourage you to take a moment to review the Privacy Policy in full (below). By continuing to subscribe to Breanna Hayse Romance, you agree to these terms.
